Gardeners
All gardeners will need to possess basic gardening skills and
experience. Head Gardeners will be much more experienced and
possess an in-depth knowledge of land management, horticultural
expertise and the ability to manage a number of staff as well as
budgets. Handymen
For both live-in and live-out roles, a handyperson will need to
be able to turn their hand to almost anything. Each handyperson
will need to have a certain level of expertise in fields such as
plumbing, carpentry, basic electrics, tiling, light building
repairs and cleaning abilities for interiors and exteriors. That
said, they must be able to judge when to call in an expert, such
as a gas engineer. |

Nr East Grinstead, West Sussex: Knowledgeable, reliable, flexible and committed Gardener / Handyman/ Al-rounder with excellent tree and plant knowledge required to care for and undertake maintenance on a 2.7 acre property including a newly planted garden and woodland. Along with tree and plant care other responsibilities will be to do property maintenance, light handyman duties, occasional driving and any other similar duties required. The position can be full time M-F, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm or the client will consider part time 2/3 days per week on an hourly rate £10-£12 . They are looking for an ASAP start and will pay an excellent negotiable salary on skills & experience circa £20.000 per year gross.
